Delivery of your item will take place within 3-5 Working Days after dispatch to UK mainland addresses.
When the courier delivers your goods We ask that you check the outer cartons for any damage and report this to us within 48 hours. If the boxes are in anyway damaged we ask that you sign as damaged and your signature underneath. Any items marked as unchecked can not be claimed as damaged later.

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your 123Pets purchase; however, we will be happy to refund a product should you wish to return it.
GENERAL RETURNS
If we deliver the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 7 days of purchase, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item.
Please ensure you have selected your product carefully and it is as you require before purchase including size, colour and description. All postage costs to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered are at the expense of the consumer. Products maliciously damaged will not be refunded.
When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable.
SALTERS RETURNS
Should any part of your delivery arrive damaged, please refuse the damaged item and give back to the driver.
Contact Salters immediately and report damage (please have your order ID available).
Unforunately we are unable to accept notification of damage after delivery has been taken.
