We hope you will be happy with your 123Pets purchase; however, we will be happy to refund a product should you wish to return it.
If we deliver the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 7 days of purchase, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item.
Please ensure you have selected your product carefully and it is as you require before purchase including size, colour and description. All postage costs to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered are at the expense of the consumer. Products maliciously damaged will not be refunded.
When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable.
Should any part of your delivery arrive damaged, please refuse the damaged item and give back to the driver.
Contact Salters immediately and report damage (please have your order ID available).
Unforunately we are unable to accept notification of damage after delivery has been taken.
